Early Beginnings
My fascination with machines began in my childhood, growing up as the son of an automobile mechanic. Spending time in my father’s workshop gave me a hands-on introduction to how machines work and the effort it takes to keep them running. These experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong interest in engineering and technology.
After completing my GCE Ordinary Level (2015/2016) and Advanced Level (2018/2019) certificates, I pursued further education at the University of Buea. However, an opportunity to travel to South Africa redirected my path, allowing me to expand my horizons in new and exciting ways.
Professional Journey
Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experiences that have shaped my perspective and skills. In Cameroon, I built and maintained WordPress websites, managed to start a small business where I sold phones and accessories, which taught me valuable lessons in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and consistency.
While in South Africa, I was blessed with an opportunity to work in the rebuilds section of a company specialized in maintenance, repairs and complete rebuild of heavy-duty machinery used for mining and construction. During my time there, I contributed to the complete rebuild of two CAT 777D dump trucks. This hands-on experience was transformative, creating a hunger for more knowledge on earth-moving machines and the intricacies of their operation
